We've pulled in our Triathlon Summer Camp three weeks to allow more athletes know the fastest growing sports in U.S.A, "Triathlon".

We returns for a fifth year  this Summer, and include the  Skills Camp. Our camp is designed for the novice to intermediate level 7–16 year-old triathlete and taught exclusively by USA Triathlon Certified Coach, our six day Camp focuses on the fundamentals within triathlon's four disciplines: swimming, biking, running, and transition. 

Fun Camp Session  (7-15 years old)

Will feature simulate open water swim training in the pool, transition, bike mounting/dismounting drills, proper cycling form and safety, run technique practice, and stretching. A fun field trip to a mountain bike trail will also be offered. Camp will culminate with a mini-triathlon by age groups.

While previous triathlon experience is not required, participants must be able to swim 50 meters without stopping, run 1/4 mile, bike 2 miles without training wheels, and have a signed parent waiver.

Fun Camp Session (2x/week): 

Tuesday and Thursday: 10:15 – 1:00p.m

  • Session I: June 12 - 28, 2018  -  (3 weeks)    
  • Session II: July 10 - 26, 2018  -  (3 weeks) 
  • Session III: July 31 - August 9, 2018  (2 weeks - **Fee Pro-rate)

Fee: Includes healthy refreshments, snacks, T-shirt and all activities.

Junior Triathlon Skills Camp (10 - 17 years old)  

Are focus o the racing techniques, swim stroke fundamentals, starts, buoys turns, navigation and open water swimming. On the bike, triathletes will practice cornering and braking skills and be introduced to pack riding and entry-level, draft-legal racing skills. Run drills will focus on dynamic warm-ups, and proper form. Triathletes will also learn about sports nutrition and keep triathlon in balance with school spots.

Athletic Prerequisites: Campers must be able to swim 200 meters continuously, confidently ride a road bike with drop style handle bars (hybrid bikes and triathlon bikes with aero bars are not allowed), and run 1.5 kilometers without stopping.

*Each participant must have his/her own bicycle and helmet.  

Session I:  June 4 - 28, 2018  - 4 weeks (5x/week)  

June 4 - 9 : Regular schedule  

June 11-28:

  • Monday & Wednesday: :  10:15 - 11:45 a.m
  • Tuesday & Thursday:  7:30a.m - 8:30 a.m    &.   4:45 -  5:45 p.m
  • Saturday:   9:00 - 10:00 a.m

Session II:  July 9- August 3 :  4 weeks (4x/week)  

  • Tuesday and Thursday 10:15 a.m  – 1:00p.m 
  • Wednesday:  4:45 - 5:45 p.m
  • Saturday:   9:00 - 10:00 a.m

Fee: Includes healthy refreshments, snacks, T-shirt and all activities.

Camp Location

Tri4Kidz Fun and Skills Camp will be hosted at Key Biscayne parks (community center, crandon park, and rowing club). Sports fields and parking lots will provide areas for transition, bike handling, and running drills, and the surrounding area will allow triathletes to safely practice individual and group riding techniques.                


Registration will close once the camp size has reached 15 campers and the day before we start.

  • Liliana Montes nearly 20 years of multisport experience, holds USA Triathlon Certified Level 1 Coach and USA Swimming Certified level II coach, is Head Coach of the Tri4Kidz Triathlon Youth Team, is competitive age group triathlete, and open water swim.
  • Agustin Gallo  Degree in physical education, sports and recreation. Personal training certified, and Running specialized coach, with over 16 years of experience. Active Runner, Ex national team of Argentina 1500m. Agustin is Assistant Coach of the Tri4Kidz Triathlon youth team, and head Coach of Running Team.
