POLICES AND PROCEDURES:

1. Camp fee is due with return of registration, and must be paid in full before camp begins. Exceptions only due to medical situations at discretion of camp directors. Cancellation fee of 20% if one week in advance notification. Cancellation fee of 60% if 2 days in advance notification. No single day refunds.

2. Children will not be allowed to participate without completed registration form.

3. Please drop your child off 10min before the camp start, and let us know how is she/he go home at the end of the day.

LATE PICK-UP POLICY & FEE:

“Late pick up” means arriving to pick up your child at camp fifteen minutes (15’) after the regular program is over (1:15pm) and within one hour (1h). Please note that this is a “fifteen minutes tolerance” period. A late fee of $30 will apply if the child is picked up after 1:30pm. Please note that a “Late Pick Up” charge of $30 will apply if a parent/guardian does not notify Camp directors in advance that the child will be picked up late.

However, if a parent/guardian announce Camp Directors in advance to notify that the child will be picked up later, a fee of $10 will apply if the child gets picked up within one hour of the regular program dismissal’s time. After 1 hour, a fee of $30 will apply.
